AFFILIATE OFFICE IN EGYPT

CREATION OF GREEN SCHOOL MANUAL ZAS developed a Green Schools Resource Guide called ‘Mainstreaming Green Schools, a practical manual for planning and building green schools in Ontario” for the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ontario Association of School Business Officials.

LIBYA OFFICE ZAS opens an affiliate office in Libya after acquiring projects in the land e.g Engila master plan which is a 1,200,000 sq.m. and the future urban development in outskirts of Tripoli.

ZAS OPENS AN OFFICE IN VANCOUVER BC ZAS opens a division in Vancouver, British Columbia. ZAS Vancouver has completed more than 100 projects to date.

1ST LEED PROJECT Bill Crothers School for Athletics in Markham is a unique facility addressing the needs of high performance athletes, as well as the needs of students pursuing a life-style regimen based on a healthy, active living. LEED silver rating was acheived.

1ST INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Yao Hoa Middle School Campus, China State-of the-art facility, accommodates over 4,300 international students. Building on the tradition of excellence this 800,000 s.f. is designed with educational, dormitory and living spaces.

ZAS ADDS INTERNATIONAL DIVISION ZAS opens an office in Dubai, UAE. We have completed many international projects including the Rosemont Hotel & Residences.

ZAS AVIATION TRANSPORTATION INC.

ZAS MANAGEMENT INC WAS INCORPORATED ZAS Management Inc. was incorporated on April 30, 2001. It provides operations management to ZAS’ projects and one of those is the Al Obeikan Hilton in Dammam, KSA.

ZAS ADDS AN INTERIOR DIVISION ZAS Interiors Inc. becomes incorporated and includes services which encompass all aspects of the building. ZAS Interiors has completed more than 250 projects to date.
